This recipe was originally created by one of the contestants on the very first series of the Great Australian Bake-Off - one of my fav TV shows! 

It’s my go-to Easter dessert as it is so deliciously chocolatey and, when paired with the raspberries’ tartness, creates the most indulgent dessert.
